How do I book a chauffeur?
Book online in a few minutes: choose One Way or By the Hour, pick your car, and tell us who’s riding. A Grandpride representative then contacts you and your chauffeur calls to confirm. You can also call, text or WhatsApp us on +6010 322 3223.
Is there a minimum booking?
By the hour, you can book from 3 to 23 hours, and anything over 12 hours is 10% off. One‑way trips are priced on distance, and airport and Genting runs are flat fares. Online bookings need at least two days’ notice.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. We monitor your flight and adjust, so your chauffeur arrives on time, every time. You can ask for a nameboard at arrivals too.
Does the price change in the evening?
Hours that start between 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm are charged at the evening rate (+30%), and hours that start between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am at the overnight rate (+50%). Flat fares to KLIA and Genting Highlands stay the same day or night. Your quote already includes all of this, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
<p class="font_8">Only a RM 50 booking fee is paid online, and it comes off your total. Reserve your trip, then pay the rest in store or in person. If we cannot go ahead with your booking, we refund the fee.</p>
Can I book a chauffeur for someone else?
Yes. Choose “Booking for someone else” and add the passenger’s name and contact number. Your chauffeur will contact them directly on the day.
