Social Media Marketing Executive (English & Malay)

Run Grandpride's English and Malay social media, from the shoot to the post to the numbers, so more people see our cars, our chauffeurs and the moments behind them. We're hiring one. A second role looks after our Chinese channels.

What you’ll do

  • Plan each month's English and Malay posts for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook with the team.
  • Shoot and edit short videos and photos of the fleet, handovers, weddings, events and the people behind them.
  • Write captions and video scripts in English and Bahasa Malaysia that sound like us.
  • Reply to comments and messages, and pass booking questions to the front desk the same day.
  • Work with creators, event partners and customers on content and collaborations.
  • Plan shoots with our Chinese-language executive, so one shoot can serve both sides.
  • Help run boosted posts and ads with the team, and report each month on reach, engagement and enquiries, with what to try next.

What you bring

  • 1 to 3 years of social media work for a brand or an agency, or a portfolio that shows you can do it.
  • A portfolio of posts and videos you made yourself.
  • Shooting on a phone and editing short videos in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
  • Canva or a similar design tool.
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Some evenings and weekends for events and shoots.

Good to have

  • Comfortable presenting on camera.
  • Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads.
  • A diploma or degree in marketing, mass communication or media.
  • A driving licence, since shoots happen around the Klang Valley.
  • A love of cars.
