Most corporate car rental in Kuala Lumpur is one of four jobs: meeting a visitor at KLIA, keeping a car and driver on hand for a day of meetings, giving a staff member a car for a project, or putting a company car on the books for good. Grandpride does all four. Chauffeured cars run from RM 150 an hour for a Toyota Vellfire or RM 300 an hour for a Mercedes-Benz S-Class; self-drive cars go by the day; and there's a Corporate Lease to Own programme. Whoever books, the online payment is a RM 50 booking fee that comes off the total.
A director or client is landing at KLIA
Book a chauffeur. They meet guests at arrivals in KLIA 1 and 2, and if you add the flight number the flight is monitored, so a delay doesn't leave anyone standing around. Ask for a nameboard and the chauffeur will be holding it when your guest walks out.

When the PA does the booking
An assistant or event coordinator can book. Choose "Booking for someone else" and enter the passenger's name and phone number, and the chauffeur contacts them directly on the day. Get that number right: it can't be changed once the order is placed.
A roadshow, site visits or an event day
Hire a car that waits. Hourly bookings run from 3 to 23 hours with as many stops as the day needs.
- Book more than 12 hours and 10% comes off.
- Hours starting between 7 pm and 11 pm are charged at +30%, and between 11 pm and 7 am at +50%. Keep that in mind when you schedule dinners.
- One-way trips are priced on distance. Genting Highlands is a flat fare in the Vellfire, Alphard, S-Class and i7.

For a team, use MPVs: a Vellfire or an Alphard takes seven. Bigger group, more cars; send the full schedule on WhatsApp so every car is planned together. A staff member needs a car for a project
Not every trip needs a driver. A project team or a manager covering several sites may just need keys.

We deliver to the office, free within 10 km of the Petaling Jaya showroom and RM 100 elsewhere in the Klang Valley, or a colleague can collect in store. Book in the name of whoever will drive, though. Only the named renter may drive a self-drive car and additional drivers can't be added, so staff can't share one booking; give each driver their own car, or use a chauffeur. Every rental includes 120 km a day, and mileage packages and a Touch 'n Go card can be added as you book.

An executive who wants protection

Invoices and payment
Every price is itemised before you reserve. The RM 50 booking fee is paid online, and the rest in full in store or in person CHECK: does Grandpride offer corporate accounts, monthly invoicing, one invoice for several bookings, or credit terms, and can invoices, including e-invoices, be issued in the company's name?.
